We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or credit. During the holidays, items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Shipping, handling, and all other fees are not refundable.
Please contact us immediately if your item did not arrive in perfect condition or if we sent you the wrong item.
- If Fly Me Flag makes a mistake fulfilling your order, we will fix it at our expense. In that event, you will be eligible for replacement or refund.
- If you opt for replacement, we will immediately send out your replacement item along with a postage paid return shipping label for the defective/wrong item.
- If you decide to receive a refund, we will email you a postage paid return shipping label, and a refund will be issued to your credit card account as soon as we receive the item.
- If the mistake is made by the shipper, manufacturer, or you, we will assist in resolving the situation. It is important to contact us right away as most shippers require claims to be submitted within three days of the package delivery date.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the item must be in in its original package, and in resalable condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us to make arrangements for refund, exchange, or credit on all return merchandise. If an item is returned to us without prior arrangements, we reserve the right to decline your refund, exchange, or credit. Refunds and credits on all eligible returns will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Exchanges will be shipped on the next business day after receipt of the returned item.
If an item is returned that has been used or damaged, no refund or credit will be issued. Special orders, custom products, and clearance items may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping. Items returned by the shipper because of an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur additional reshipping fees.
