Flagpole Replumb

Something that flagpole installation companies in Green Bay, WI, see over time is leaning flagpoles. Even when installed correctly, flagpoles can shift in their ground sleeve as sand erodes and wood wedges disintegrate over time. Call on Fly Me Flag’s experienced service crew to straighten things out. We provide realignment services for both large commercial flagpoles and common residential flagpoles, taking the extra steps to prevent future problems.

Flagpole Service FAQs

Flags are all we do. Our experienced team installs and services everything from typical 20-foot residential flagpoles to 150-foot commercial steel flagpoles.

Our work as Green Bay’s leading flagpole installer includes external rope halyard systems, internal cable halyard systems, wall-mounted flagpoles, architectural flagpoles, nautical flagpoles with yardarms, hurricane-rated flagpoles, and custom commercial flagpole installation services.

We've installed and serviced everything from residential backyard flagpoles to the 120-foot flagpole at AmeriLux in De Pere, and even the flagpoles on the roof of Lambeau Field. No project is too big or too small.

Since 1985, we've installed hundreds of flagpoles every year and service hundreds more throughout Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and surrounding Midwestern states. We also sell and ship commercial and residential flagpoles nationwide. Contact us for a quote.

Flagpole installation services are much more than digging a hole and pouring concrete. They include selecting the proper pole, determining the correct flag size, understanding wind loads, installing the foundation correctly, plumbing the pole, selecting quality hardware, and ensuring everything works as intended.

Unlike companies that install flagpoles as only a small part of their business, we’ve been exclusively selling, installing, repairing, and maintaining flagpoles since 1985. We've installed and serviced thousands of flagpoles throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, and we stand behind every installation.

As a proud member of the National Independent Flag Dealers Association (NIFDA) and a Certified Retailer of the Flag Manufacturers Association of America (FMAA), we're a flagpole installer that is committed to providing knowledgeable service, American-made products, and expert installation you can count on.

If it involves a flagpole, there's a good chance we can help.

We routinely replace rope and cable assemblies, internal halyard hardware, trucks, pulleys, snap hooks, finials, flash collars, cleats, winches, locks, and other flagpole systems. We also troubleshoot operational issues, re-plumb leaning flagpoles, relocate existing flagpoles, replace damaged components, and perform preventative maintenance.

If you're not sure what's wrong, don't worry. Our expert flagpole installer team can help you diagnose and repair. With 40 years in the business, there isn’t much we haven’t seen!

Often, yes. A few clear photos can tell us a great deal before we schedule a service call.

Please email photos to custom@flymeflag.com, including:

  • The entire flagpole
  • The top truck assembly
  • The rope or cable system
  • Any damaged hardware or components

It's also helpful to include:

  • Approximate flagpole height
  • The butt diameter (diameter at the base of the pole)
  • The size of the flag currently being flown
  • Any identifying labels or manufacturer information

The more information we receive ahead of time, the better prepared our flagpole repair crew will be with the correct replacement parts and equipment.

Whether you need to fix a flagpole, replace a broken rope, repair an internal halyard system, or identify replacement parts, photos and measurements often allow us to diagnose the issue before scheduling a service call.

Absolutely. Our flagpole installers work with homeowners, businesses, schools, churches, municipalities, veterans organizations, industrial facilities, property managers, and contractors.

Whether you're installing a single residential flagpole or maintaining multiple commercial flagpoles across a campus, you'll receive the same knowledgeable service and attention to detail.

We regularly respond to bid solicitations, RFPs, and public procurement opportunities for commercial, municipal, educational, and government projects. Our flagpole installers welcome the opportunity to review project specifications, identify discrepancies, make recommendations, and provide competitive quotes.

Our proposals clearly identify important engineering details including wind speed ratings, butt diameters, wall thicknesses, halyard systems, lighting and illumination options, and other project specifications. When required, we can also provide stamped engineered drawings.

Our commercial flagpole line includes American-made aluminum flagpoles from 20 to 100 feet, including standard tapered shafts, internal halyard systems, hurricane-rated flagpoles, nautical poles with yardarms, and custom-engineered applications.

We coordinate closely with general contractors, project managers, site supervisors, foremen, electricians, concrete contractors, landscapers, and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently. Professional flagpole installation service utilizing certified prevailing wage labor is available when required by project specifications.

Absolutely. In fact, that's one of the most valuable services we provide.

We'll ask questions about your property, wind exposure, surrounding buildings and trees, utilities, desired flag size, long-term goals, and budget before recommending a flagpole. Our goal isn't simply to sell you a flagpole. It's to use our expertise as flagpole installers to help you choose one that performs well for decades while avoiding costly mistakes.

Free consultations are available in our Green Bay showroom or by phone.

For larger commercial projects involving heavy equipment, we also provide on-site consultations to evaluate access for hydro-excavation equipment, boom trucks, cranes, and other installation considerations.

Before agreeing to install a flagpole purchased elsewhere, we first need to understand exactly what you're working with. Helpful information includes:

  • Manufacturer
  • Height
  • Butt diameter
  • Wall thickness
  • Country of origin
  • External or internal halyard system
  • Project specifications (if available)

Because our reputation depends on quality installations, the flagpole installer team has to carefully evaluate every project before committing to installation. If we believe another solution would better serve your long-term needs, we'll explain why.

Routine maintenance is one of the best investments you can make in the life of your flagpole. For example, replacing a worn rope before it breaks is often a simple repair completed safely from the ground. Waiting until the rope breaks usually means the new rope must be threaded back through the pulley at the top of the pole, often requiring a boom truck and a more expensive service call.

Regular inspections also help identify worn hardware, damaged cables, and other flagpole issues before they become larger flagpole repairs. Preventative maintenance saves time, money, and frustration.

Absolutely. As a full-service flag company, we supply replacement American flags, custom flags, state flags, military flags, rope, internal cable assemblies, snap hooks, pulleys, trucks, finials, flash collars, ornaments, lighting components, and many other replacement parts.

Whether you used our flagpole installation services years ago or need help identifying the correct replacement part, our knowledgeable team is happy to help.

Our showroom is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where we've specialized in flagpole installation, repair, and maintenance since 1985. We provide flagpole installer services throughout Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and surrounding Midwestern states. We also sell and ship residential and commercial flagpoles nationwide.

Many companies install flagpoles. Very few specialize in them.

Since 1985, we've focused exclusively on flags and flagpoles. Every installation and service call is coordinated by Robert Stewart, owner, operator, and leader of our flagpole operations. Unlike many business owners who stay behind a desk, Robert still personally installs and services flagpoles alongside our experienced technicians.

Our relationship starts with the installation, but it doesn't end there.

Whether you need replacement flags, replacement parts, routine maintenance, repairs, custom flags, or simply advice from someone who understands flagpoles, we'll still be here to answer the phone years from now.

That's the difference when you work with a flagpole installer, where flags are all we do.
