Most orders ship via USPS from our store in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We may use Speedee Delivery when shipping to Wisconsin (next day), Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota (two days), South Dakota, and Nebraska (three days). We may also use UPS or FedEx shipping when it is more economical and/or significantly faster. We do not ship to destinations outside the United States. Tracking information will be sent via email.

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery on some of the International and Historic flags as well as some Specialty and State flags. Shipments on orders received after 1pm may be delayed until the next business day.

Rarely due to rapidly changing inventory, an item may be out of stock even though our website indicates it is available. If for some reason your item is not available or on backorder, you will be notified via email.
