Our XL Flagpole Mounted Solar Light is recommended for flagpoles up to 35 ft. in height and features:

- Based on our experience, Fly Me Flag recommends mounting this light 10 to 12 feet from ground level.
Shipping Info
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery on some of the International and Historic flags as well as some Specialty and State flags. Shipments on orders received after 1pm may be delayed until the next business day.
Most orders ship via USPS Priority or Speedee for local deliveries. UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request; however, additional fees will apply to orders shipped via UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to destinations outside the United States. We will email the tracking number once order is processed.
Returns
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or credit. During the holidays, items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Shipping, handling, and all other fees are not refundable.
Please contact us immediately if your item did not arrive in perfect condition or if we sent you the wrong item.

How does the system adjust from spotlight to flood light? What is the warranty and return policy if we are unhappy with product?
This model can be adjusted from a spotlight to a flood light by simply pulling the case around the bulb straight out and pushing it back in (please note: twisting or turning it may damage the light).

We do not offer a warranty on solar lights because their lifespan is dependent on proper installation and weather conditions. It is important to understand the limitations of solar and have realistic expectations (see below).
Solar lights will not generate a bright spotlight like an electrical light. Rather, they will illuminate or cast a soft glow onto the flag at night. Solar lights can also be inconsistent. For example, on dreary winter days here in Wisconsin, the light does not fully charge during the day and therefore, cannot fully discharge at night so the illumination may be weak and last only a couple hours. If you are seeking a consistent spotlight or flood light, we recommend ground-mounted electrical lighting installed by an electrician.
